My Fitbit charge6 is showing very little cardio load and active minutes. Practically zero

I understand how you must be feeling regarding your situation with the cardio load on your Charge 6, let me help you with that. As a first step please confirm that you have the latest version of the app like indicated in the following article: How do I use the Fitbit app? in the section "How do I update the Fitbit app?"
After that look for any possible update on your device in this way:
To update your Fitbit device:
Tip: This is only available when there's an update available.
After that follow the instructions described in: What are cardio load and target load?

I've been having the same problem and I actually have a discussion going here. The only way I've been able to resolve this is to delete all the data off the tracker and that's like a factory reset. I then remove it from the Fitbit app and start fresh. When I do all this it starts recording my activity and cardio load correctly but who knows for how long?
