Charge 6 clock just began showing inaccurate time of around 45 minutes in the last two days. Today, it stopped exhibiting steps and heart rate on Iphone App...but the device itself shows the correct data on the screen. Forced to forget on App, and this didn't help...in fact Bluetooth on my phone no longer finds the Charge 6, but the App says it is synced. Removed App on the phone, turned phone on and off, and then reloaded App. Still no improvement. What can I do next. The Charge 6 seems to be functioning, recording data accurately...but it is not passing this information onto the App on my Iphone. Thank You

Thanks for that feedback...but problem still exists. After disconnecting and reconnecting, the Charge 6 indicates it is synced with Iphone, but when looking at Bluetooth accessories connected in Iphone settings, the Charge 6 is not listed as being connected.

Could you please tell me the following information in order to give you more specific steps.
First I need to know what App version you have, also what Firmware is in your device and tell me if you use Wifi or mobile data as connection source while you are doing your sport activities.
After that please try these following steps:

Hello.....the FitBit App version is 4.56 and the Charge 6 firmware is 66.20001.214.24. I tried the steps you suggested, and same condition occurs. The Iphone still cannot locate the Charge 6 with Bluetooth. How do I make the Charge 6 discoverable to the Iphone? It was discoverable a few days ago before I forced it to Forget the Charge 6. Thank You

I use cell service for logging exercise data, and this has not been an issued since I purchased the Charge 6 in March 2024.
