Fitbit charge 6 will not sync to android phone both appear to be working properly and are fully charge but fitbit says it can not find phone.

Good morning @Bpfincastle ,
Most of the time it will fix itself within a few minutes.
If not restart the Charge by going to settings.
I also restart my phone.
If these steps don't help, log out/back in.
If still not working, uninstall and then reinstall.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not syncing with your phone. This is definitely not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
If you already tried the previous steps, and the issue is still not resolved, let me suggest you to try to set up (as a new device) your Fitbit Charge 6.

Thank you @MarioSFitbit for the links. I have only had to do this once in the years I have had my Charge 5 and 6 but it was a pain to find the links.
