I just recently upgraded to a Charge 6 (from a Charge 5). I tried to use ECG and it prompts me with the "Set up on phone" notification like it's my first time. Nevertheless, I click "Open" - which in turns a notification on my Fitbit App. I click the latter, and it only leads me to View Results of the Heart Rhythm Assessment section of the Fitbit app.
I tried to reinstall the app but to no avail. Can anybody help?
