Charge 6 - ECG disabled when phone connects to wifi Starlink

I bought a charge 6 while on holidays a couple of weeks ago. I've been using the ECG app with no issues. I'm in Australia. I got home on Sunday. Today I went to use the ECG app and found it missing. I tried to reinstall and Fitbit was telling me it wasn't allowed in my country. I checked my location was set to Australia in the Fitbit app and that I definitely didn't have any VPN on. It was all set to Australia. The only other thing that could've been giving me a location was my home internet connection so I disconnected from the WiFi. The ECG app instantly re-installed.  Now I don't have any VPN set up on my router. I suspect that Fitbit is picking up my location as being outside of Australia because I'm on Starlink.

Has anyone had any issues when connecting to wifi? If not, I'm highly suspicious of it just being the fact that it's starlink

Hi there @Mooba! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you for sharing with us the situation you're having with the ECG app and Starlink Wi-Fi.

I suggest you try to delete the ECG app and try to install it again. Please restart your phone too.

You can find more information about the ECG here: What is the Fitbit ECG app?
