ECG Tile Shows Blank Screen on Fitbit app

I bought a Sense 2, it arrived on Friday. When I loaded the app to my iPhone 12 running iOS 18.4.1 the ECG option is missing within the Health Assessments section of the Fitbit app. Can’t get it to load up. Eventually I get this prompt, but when I press get started, I just get a blank page with no further progress possible.

Hello! I'm using a Redmi note 13 pro, currently using hyperos 1 version 1.0.22.0, but updating to hyperos 2 at the moment. Here is what I see:

First it asks me to start the configuration. When I click start I get:

Hi

Samsung S25 ultra, android 15

3 screenshot for you. One showing the missing ecg file from my health checks, one showing the last screen I get to by trying to access ecg through the app on my phone, and the final being the blank page I then get stuck on (the app freezes and becomes unresponsive here and has to be reset to access anything again)

I've just posted the same in a different thread. Samsung S25 ultra, android 15. Missing the ecg tab in health assessments. My watch app allows me to get to Tom's screenshot #1, and then the green button takes me to screenshot #2, which the app freezes on and must be reset

iPhone 13 iOS 18.4.1. I am in the uk. Bought charge 6 in December to upgrade from charge 5 as ecg didn’t work in that anymore after an update. Now have same problem with this one total waste of money. I can see the ECG tile but when I press it I get a blank screen. Wish I had just got the Apple Watch now.

I live in the USA (NJ). I purchased a Sense 2. My phone is an Android. It's a Samsung S21 Ultra.

One UI Version: 7.0

Android Version: 15

The ECG tile is not present on the You tab within the Fitbit application. It only shows Irregular Rhythm Notifications, High Heart Rate Notifications, and Low Heart Rate Notifications.

I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled the Fitbit application, I confirmed all of the necessary updates are on the watch. I've tried restarted my phone and my watch

.

When I initiate the ECG app from my watch, it sends a notification to the Fitbit app on my phone, it takes me to a Heart Rhythm Assessment page and when I tap Get Started, it takes me to a gray screen and nothing happens. I've attached screen shots. Thanks!

Hello.  I have a Fitbit Charge 6. I use an iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 18.4.1.  I live in the US and the Fitbit app shows my location as US.  My experience is exactly the same as many others here. When I try to run the ECG app on the Charge 6, I get a notification on my phone which brings me to this screen:

When I press Get Started I get this:

And it stays there for a long time.  Also, like everyone else I have no ECG tile in Health Assessments.

It's back for me, but doesn't work. Sometimes it just goes to a black page. There is no history either.

No ECG tile on Health Assessment page & when I try to "Get started " I just get a white page & it's frozen!

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages, screenshots and information. We have separated the messages about the blank screen and the missing tile, as these are 2 different issues.

Our team has been made aware of this and they are looking into it.

Hopefully this gets solved soon.  We'll be posting on this thread all updates about the missing information (historical, and blank screen) . If you are having issues just with the ECG tile, not showing on the dashboard please follow this other thread where all info about the missing tile will be posted  .
