Charge 6 Exercise logging

Is there a way to log push ups or use of dumbbells exercises on Charge 6? Like I can find tutorials which shows how it is done in Charge 5 but can't find a way to manually log it in Charge 6!

Hello @Saadi1395

My apologies, but I'm a little confused as to what you are looking to do.

Are you trying to find an activity type to use on your Charge 6 in the Exercise tile so you can track your pushup or dumbbell workouts?

Or are you trying to manually log a completed workout in the Fitbit app?

Hi! Thanks for your kind reply!

I would be happy with being able to manually log activities like push ups or the use of dumbbells into Fitbit iOS app! I don’t necessarily need Fitbit to detect and track it for me!

Hey @Saadi1395 - Here is how to log the exercise in manually through either the app on your phone or through the fitbit website:

You can manually log exercise on a Fitbit Charge 6 using the Fitbit app or the fitbit.com dashboard:
  1. Fitbit app: From the Today tab, tap the + icon in the lower right corner under Activity.
  2. Select a recent activity or search for an exercise type.
  3. Enter the activity details and tap Add or Save.
  4. fitbit.com dashboard: Click Log Activities.
  5. Select a common activity or search for an exercise type.
  6. Enter the activity details and click Log.

    Hope this helps!

Hello @Saadi1395

@MrVaccaprovided the instructions on how to manually log a completed exercise in the Fitbit app and on-line fitbit.com dashboard.

Just to let you know, the on-line fitbit.com dashboard will be retired on 08 Jul 2024.
