Charge 6 - Exercise options

When I try to select an exercise option it goes back to the clock face and won’t let me select a workout

@PSadhoff , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information. 

Please charge the Charge 6 for at least 30 minutes.
Without removing the tracker from the charging cable, press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

The Charge 6 should restart. 

If this didn't help, try changing the clock face
