Charge 6 - Fails to calculate calories out

I upgraded to charge 6 last week. My calories out keeps malfunctioning. The only way I can get it to update is to uninstall and reinstall the ap. Its very frustrating. When is a fix coming?

Just to confirm could you please check if you entered the correct information about your height and weight in the app? That usually makes that the user recieve inaccurate results. I suggest you to check this article. 

Here are some other tips that might help you recieve more accurate information on your device. "What are some tips to make sure my Fitbit daily activity is accurate"
