Hello community,
So, first, previously on my old good LG I did not have any issues with Find my phone function. I got a new OnePlus Nord 4, and it feels like now Find my phone only works if the app is open.
The devices are paired, I allowed all the notifications and allowed specifically that Fitbit runs in the background (with Nord4 you have to be that specific). Still, it only works if the app is open and on foreground.
Has anybody encountered this issue?
I will also be contacting OnePlus customer care to cross-exam the problem and will be posting here.
Thanks!

Hello there @Someothermad and welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for letting us know about the situation you are having with your Charge 6 and your phone.
Please keep in mind the following requirements are met in order for the Find Phone app to work properly:
- Your phone must have Bluetooth turned on and be within 30 feet (10m) of your Fitbit device.
- The Fitbit app must be running in the background on your phone.
- Your phone must be turned on.
- Try to turn off the settings such as focus, do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode on your phone.
To find your phone:
- Open the Find Phone app on your tracker.
- Tap Find Phone. Your phone rings loudly.
- When you locate your phone, tap Cancel to end the ringtone.
