Any way to force the update?

No way to force the update, you'll need to keep checking and be patient until it's your time.

The app is saying my system version is 66.20001.214.24. What does that mean? That I haven't received any updates ?

@Martavbvs

Updates are rolled out gradually over a period of a few weeks, we have no idea when it will be pushed to a particular county.

Hi everybody ! Thank you for sharing your excitement regarding the update.
Just jumped in, to remind you all, that the update is released in phases and these are not divided by location.
Meaning people in the same household, might get the update on different days, or users in 2 different countries could get the update at the same time.

So someone could have gotten the update five days ago and someone else in the same household might have to wait a couple of weeks? What is a coup of weeks is it a fortnight or is it a few weeks perhaps a couple of months?
Has anyone here had the update pushed to their device yet?

This is rich. Since the last firmware update, my Charge 6 hasn't been able to connect to the phone app so my watch was been basically useless and my concern was marked as resolved when the solution only resolved an icon flashing issue. What is being done for the rest of us that is suffering from a complete lack of connectivity as you continue to push out useless firmware updates when a past update completely screwed over some of your user base still? If you can't fix the April 2025 snafu, when can I expect it to be resolved? What are my options if your last firmware update has destroyed the use of my Charge 6? Google has really failed me and I am less than satisfied that a certain section of your customer base has basically been forgotten and you have moved on by making a symptom of a problem resolved when the real problem still exists!

Edit: prob safe to disregard the below, issue seems fixed now. Loseit is syncing again, not sure what fixed it.
Not sure if this is related to the firmware update or a loseit update but the timing is fishy. Issue is half resolved now.
As of Aug 22 my data was disappearing at the end of the day. Everything logs as normal throughout the day and shows up in the app, but the next day when I look back at the previous days I have zero steps, calories, sleep, etc. It does keep the weights that I logged and the food calories coming from Loseit. Data from Aug 21 and prior is still there as usual.
Today on the 25th the app says the device was last synced 3 days ago. I had to force stop the app to be able to reconnect and sync, but now the missing days have data again.
However steps are still not showing up in Loseit. I notice loseit help says they get info from "your dashboard on fitbit.com" and I see that there is no info there any more. Please advise on whether I need to contact Loseit support for this or what. (Again note that calorie intake logged in loseit does show up in the fitbit app, so the connection isn't completely broken.)

Great. Fingers crossed it allows we to share my heart rate with my Hydrow!

Hopefully I'll have a more consistent connection experience with my NordicTrack bike, too. Very annoying to have it work flawlessly for a day or two, then won't connect for days or weeks. Restarting either or both doesn't always help.
I also wish we had a better idea of the rollout timeline.

I hope you fix GPS soon and at least one clock face has a modest design with customizations
I guess I'll get the update in a few months

I just received my new Charge 6 today and it already did one update. Now it is telling me there is another firmware update available. Every time I try to do the update it fails and asks me to try again later. When I go to see what firmware is already installed, it just says new firmware update available. Any advice?

I just tried again (force closed the fitbit app) and it says update complete. It still does not show my firmware version though.
