Is it possible this has messed up my Charge 6 syncing? It wouldn’t sync for days. I disconnected it and forgot the device via iPhone bluetooth settings. Now, I can’t get it connected back via Fitbit App though it shows up on iPhone settings!!! Help!!!

It’s independent of geographic location.
This rollout is slower than usual. Is it still ongoing or has it been stopped due to an issue?

I had syncing issues in mid-August. I removed the app, disconnected my watch from my phone, reloaded everything and was able to sync. It lasted two weeks. I just had to go through all of the steps again. Hopefully the issues will get resolved once the update is rolled out.

My fitbit charge 6 will not connect with my bluetooth. However, it is located when I start the scan. I've tried all kinds of suggestions that are listed for Help.

I’m experiencing the exact same problem. Not being able to receive notifications from apps pretty much renders my fitbit charger 6 useless. Was really hoping the recent update could fix this, but was disappointed again.

I started having problems with mine two days ago. It won't log anything and when I try to sync... it just spins. No connection. I'm with you... no warning no information to users... just failure!! Disgusted!!! 😡

Nope... nothing. How do we know if it's ready to update? Do they send some type of notice on the app?

There's usually some indication in the app, yes. Top left of the screen where the phone/watch icon and battery % is, there should be a little red dot, and I think there's some banner or something when you tap that icon and go into the device screen.
I haven't received the update yet.

I had that problem. When I checked what my app was connected to (press the tiny symbol in the very upper left corner of the home screen) I discovered I was syncing to my phone. I deleted the phone and added my Charge 6. Problem solved.

Not for me. Followed your directions, then clicked on my Charge 6 and it told me I have to have the app to do that. My app IS installed but it won't sync. So disgusting. I have had a Fitbit 3, 4, 5 and now two 6. "Six" has given me nothing but trouble lam so fed up and discouraged. Is there any tracking device more reliable than this junk?? If you know.... please reply to me. I need this for A-fib rates. Thanks 😒❤️

@MarioSFitbit how long is too long for a firmware rollout? Just curious when I should start thinking about following troubleshooting steps or contacting support.
