I have an Apple phone and a charge six. The app was not syncing so I uninstalled the app now it won’t let me sing back in

There was an outage yesterday (12 Jun 2025) that affected several Google products & services, including Fitbit. The outage was resolved later in the afternoon.
Yesterday's outage might have been a factor causing the syncing problems you were experiencing yesterday.
Did you try syncing again later or today? Please let us know if you were able to complete the sync.
