Hi,

Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.

Brand new Charge 6, otherwise working fine but GPS (Phone, Dynamic, and Charge 6) not working.

Have tried:

  1. Deleting and reloading Fitbit app on phone
  2. Deleting and repairing Charge 6
  3. Dynamic, Phone, and Charge 6 modes

It's counting my steps etc, just no GPS.

Battery is full.  Phone is Pixel 7.

I have wasted a lot of time on this.  Thoughts?

SOLVED:  And here is the answer:  You have to turn it on for some exercises.  For "Hike" it is apparently turned on.  For "Walk" it is not.  You have to turn it on for the excercise.  Thank you so much for the person who posted this. Lost the better part of day wrestling with this.

Also have checked and recheck Fitbit app permissions to access location.  Sorry.
