I’ve seen my fill of claims that wrist trackers are useless for HR - that one must use a chest tracker. Good for them.
I have both a Charge 6 and Polar and have doubled up a half dozen of time during CrossFit workouts - throwing everything at them. The only discrepancy I’ve seen is during double under jump rope, when the Fitbit sometimes goes wild, peaking in the 180s when they polar peaks in the 170s. I figure all that wrist flailing must confuse it.
Of course jet has a distinct advantage: I’ve always got it.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Charge 6 as compared to your Polar device. It's nice to see that you're getting relatively good HR tracking from your Charge 6.
