My HRV has typically been running in the 70s for months, now the last week it has been 0. Is it broken?

Hello @Tay3
The team is aware of the syncing issue with the Charge 6. I've seen a few users report that they no longer having syncing issues after installing the latest app update to version 4.57.
Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? To check:
By any chance, are you also having issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of the Charge 6? The light is the optical heart rate sensor.
Are you having issues with any other health metrics that are usually tracked during sleep?

Hello @Tay3
Thank you for taking the time to provide additional information.
You're on the latest version of the Fitbit app, 4.57, that just started rolling out. But you are still experiencing syncing issues after installing this update?
If so, please use the Feedback option to report this issue.
The Feedback and Issue reports are received by the team for review.
BTW, I've seen users report that clearing the cache, followed by Force Stop for the Fitbit app on the phone helps with the syncing issue.
It's concerning that you are not getting HRV and breathing rate info. I looked at the help page that includes info on HRV (<-- click), but there's no recommended troubleshooting. The help page on breathing rate (<-- click) also doesn't provide any recommended troubleshooting.
Although I'm not sure that this will help, you could try turning Heart rate off, then back on in the Settings tile of the Charge 6.
Something else that you could try is cleaning around the sensor on the back of your Charge 6. You can use a soft brush dampened with water to gently brush the area around the sensor and dry it with a soft cloth. This will remove any small amount of debris, lotion/soap residue that might be affecting the optical heart rate sensor.
If these suggestions don't work to restore your HRV and breathing rate readings, I'm not sure what else to suggest.
