I've been monitoring my HRV for several months and it's always between Very low.
This is what I'm reading online and it's very concerning:
A consistent baseline score of 70 or higher is associated with health; whereas levels between 50 and 70 are compromised health and diseases; whereas a regular HRV below 50 puts the person at risk for catastrophic illness and even death.
Anyone else dealing with this?

I'm not particularly knowledgeable on HRV, but my first inclination is to pay more attention to your trend. I wouldn't necessarily put too much faith in Fitbit's way of measuring being the same as other labs.
As an example, you might look at RHR (resting heart rate). Looking at the trend of Fitbit's RHR is useful, but Fitbit has its own way of measuring RHR that it doesn't divulge, but doesn't match with many other measurements of RHR.
Better to ask your own doctor if you are concerned.

Hello @dupleg0
I've been using my Fitbit for almost 2 years and have yet to see a high score for my HRV. Initially, I was concerned since my scores are usually in the teens. However, what I learned to monitor is whether my HRV score is within my personal range. As long as it is within the range, I'm not concerned.
As @JohnnyRow mentioned, if you have any concerns, it's best to discuss this with your healthcare provider. They likely have other ways to monitor your HRV to determine if there is a potential health issue.
