Charge 6 Health metrics only updating partially and sometimes slowly after latest update

Why is Charge 6 not fully updating health metrics?

  I have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app, restarted device.  I even restarted my android S24 several times.

Blood O2 and resting heart rate updated after several hours.  BR, HRV and Skin temp not updating.  HRV very important to me due to heart issue. 

Any ideas other than buying another brand.  Charge 6 is almost a year old.  Very disappointed in the product.
