My Charge 6 does not accurately record heart rate during exercise. I’ve had Fitbit trackers for years and the Charge 6 rarely shows anything above 100 beats. I’m doing very similar workouts but now I rarely get very many zone minutes. Very frustrating. Anyone else have this issue?

Mine is consistently ten to twenty off and have had for 2 months. I reset my goals ranges WAY way way down to get it to register at all. There are not very good ranges to pick from and you can’t set the ranges at all. I work out daily, yes daily and it tells me I’m maintaining in one place and overtraining at the same time. I have a sense of humor so that helps some.

Is your arm or sensor dirty? Is it tight enough against your wrist? Is there a lot of hair between the watch and your arm? (no clue if either of these affect it or not) The accuracy of my charge 6 is literally the only reason I haven't thrown it away yet. When I am going to workout I tighten the watch by one notch. Mine is accurate to 1-2 BPM of any machine I test mine on. Sometimes it takes about 3-5 minutes working out for the heart rate on the watch to sort of "wake up" and start accurately detecting for mine.

I have experienced the same issue. I'm a long time user of Charge 3, 5 and Charge 6. In certain exercises my heart rate suddendly shows a peak. My HR doubles to 120+ in seconds and when I stop it goes down to 60 in 1-2 seconds. I experience this issue now for three weeks, every day.
I started comparing this with other devices like Charge 5 and other medical devices, and they show there is no peak at all!
In the past you could email Fitbit for help and that worked perfectly, but now you don't get support at all!
