Charge 6 - Heart rate suddenly dropping and spiking

Heart rate wildley inaccurate.  Today it dropped by 50bpm out of nowhere, later it went to over 200bpm for no reason, how do I fix this?

Mine is doing something similar.... Could be exercising in zones, then nothing....

Have you tried restarting your charge 6 on the watch? It's at the bottom of settings on the watch itself. I had to do it once as it was behaving weirdly and that fixed it.
