so lost again. how to turn off loud vibrating messages. I was awakened at 5am( and then could not get back to sleep) with a loud vibrating message which I thought I had turned off, but suddenly came back. So I currently changed it to sleep mode for the interem, I cannot read my device messages without my glasses on and even then its hard. I already have sleep issues and do not want my device waking me up as then I cannot get back to sleep.I do not want my text messages on my watch. the new public forum gave me a long list of how to turn these off but i do not know how to see the info while i am correcting this, not sure how these got turned back on recently and I am really pissed that I cannot go back to sleep now

Hi @bcsurvivor, thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
I'm sorry to know that your device has awoken you by a vibration.
The settings app in your Charge 6 will allow you to adjust your tracker's vibration strength. However, the vibration will always go off.
An option that may be useful for you is the do not disturb feature (DND). For a faster way to access these settings, swipe down from the clock screen. Tap DND mode to adjust it. When the do not disturb setting is on all notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted. The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.
Note: You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time.
You can also use the option to set a sleep schedule. See How do I navigate my Fitbit device? > Charge 6 > Settings app > Quiet modes for instructions on how to set it.
If you have set all corrently and the device is still vibating in, i suggest that you perform a restart if you haven't done so. See How do I restart my Fitbit device? for instructions.
