Charge 6 - I can no longer see my step history

I used to see a histogram of the weeks steps with the option to see month, year etc. with averages. This was true for calories etc but disappeared a few weeks ago.

Thank you so much for letting us know that the historical data of your steps have disappeared. 

I suggest you try to do the following:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app.
  • Delete the Fitbit app.
  • Reinstall the app.
  • Log in again.

Many users have reported that these troubleshooting steps helped them solve this situation.
