I bought a Fitbit charge 6 a couple of days ago, and have a couple of questions.
How can i improve step- count accuracy? I have changed my stride - length in the app (from the 68cm it was set to, to my actual 55cm length), and entered into the app that I am wearing it on my dominant (left) hand.
So far my fitbit has counted steps as I drive, whisk eggs, brush my teeth, and sit up in bed doing jigsaw puzzles 🤣. Tomorrow I will try putting it on my non- dominant hand, but then what else can I try?
Also, I have been on 3 brisk walks, which I wanted to record on Fitbit. So far only 1 has recorded, and I am not sure what I did differently for it to work that time. Can somebody give me step- by- step instructions to set that up. Or, even better, is there a way to set up Fitbit that it records automatically when i go for a walk?
Thank you.

Hello @Ineedtoknow
Wearing your Fitbit on your non-dominant arm should help with step tracking, but it won't eliminate all the "false" steps.
This help page (<-- click) is all about exercise/activity tracking. The information there should help you configure your Charge 6 for better workout tracking.
