Charge 6 Just not working

My device stopped charging, and wouldn't turn on, about a month ago. I got it 7 months ago, so I used my warranty to get a new one. The new one has these red pixels on the AOD. The AOD is now not readable, which defeats the purpose. It now won't take a charge. Got it to 5%, but nothing more. I tried the live chat, but they were useless!

I wanted the seconds to display on AOD because I work in the medical field, and I need to take blood pressure etc. But now I care less about the seconds. I just want the watch to work! I'm ready to throw this out!
