Charge 6 LED flashing and screen going white & blank

I bought my charge 6 in December 2023. It was working fine for 2 months but suddenly LED started flashing, screen going completely white and going blank. The update says my charge 6 is updated. I have tried to restart but stil the same issue. Kindly advice.

Thanks for explaining the situation with the screen of your Charge 6, and also for the steps you've followed, I appreciate your efforts!

My best recommendation would be for you to follow the next steps in the order they appear, please, let me know once you've followed them:

- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your Charge 6 by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Charge 6. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.

Hello, I just had the same thing happen to my charge 6 that I also bought around the same time, end of 2023. I did all the above suggestions and nothing changed. Once or twice, I’ve seen the display will show the watch face appropriately but 99% it’s non-functional with the screen either is just all white/scrambled or just stays black if I try to wake it up. What should I do next?

If you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They will likely have you repeat some of the troubleshooting steps in order to confirm if your device is defective. Once they confirm that it is defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.

They’ll ask you to send the defective piece back to them, and probably send
you a new piece or send the refund to your account.
