What does the HR warning mean when it show me 48

Any words to the warning?  Is the warning on the watch or on the phone app?  Any other info you can give?

On phone app, try going to You tab > Health Assessments and see if you have a notification under any of them.

I am guessing may be incorrectly it means your resting heart rate is 48. I got a low heart rate notification last sunday evening saying my Heart rate was 39. I googled it and the next day watched some youtube videos to see what this means. It did not appear to be a cause for concern

The other day, while on a walk, I got a warning to slow down. My HR was 160. Ten plus minutes later, I got notified that I can increase my speed.
