Charge 6 - Miles no longer voice cue option

I’ve always used miles as an exercise voice cue with my charge 6.  Suddenly, it’s no longer an option, only kilometers and time.  The voice cue will SAY miles, as it’s in my overall settings.  However, because I have to use time as a voice cue, I dont get concise mileage cues anymore (half mile, one mile, 1.5 miles, etc) .  I’ve deleted the app and reloaded. Is miles no longer an option. Help please.  Thank you.

Hi @Yogagirl528, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

I'm sorry to know that your Fitbit app is no longer offering "miles" as voice cue. I appreciate the troubleshooting you have already tried.

Try to change your units settings from miles to kilometers, to sync,  change it back to miles and finally sync again. Sometime this workaround resolves this kind of issues.
