My Charge 6 broke yesterday. It reboots every 20 seconds for no reason and is no longer usable.
After disconnecting it from my phone, all my data for the year, except for November, is no longer visible in the app. (sync was done every day and the fitbit app was showing all data since the first day of use in March'25)
How can I restore the data? I thought the data was stored in "Health Connect."
I did no manual backup..

Hello @mdresske
My apologies. I'm a little confused by your post. Are you saying that you no longer see your data in the Fitbit app after you unpaired your Charge 6 from the app, then paired the Charge 6 back to the app?
If this is the case, I've seen users report that they see their historical data again after they uninstall, then re-install the Fitbit app on their phone. Have you had a chance to try this to see if that restores your historical data?
BTW, your data is synced to your account on the Fitbit servers, not "Health Connect". When you log back into the Fitbit app, the app should sync with the Fitbit servers to pull your historical data.
