I've had my Charge 6 for almost a year and haven't started wearing my Fitbit any differently. (I've had Fitbits for over 7 years) Since January 2, (also happened on December 31) there has been no sleep score. I have restarted my Fitbit, made sure the app was up-to-date, and it has not resolved the issue. When will there be an APP update to resolve this issue? I don't for a minute think it has anything to do with something I am doing incorrectly.

Hi @Rh2458 ! Welcome back to the Community !
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing troubles with your sleep score.
Please take a look into the following help article, Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?

The help article is no help. I have read everything associated with my Charge 6 and since it just stopped working now and I have made no changes to any of my settings I am confident your engineers will realize there's an issue with your latest update. Please reach out to them to check it out and then provide the necessary update to resolve this issue. If I was a new Fitbit user, or recently got a new phone I could understand it could be something with the settings. But, since neither of these things are true, and my battery on my Fitbit is charged I'd appreciate if your engineers will resolve this issue sooner than later.

Hello @Rh2458
By any chance, are you also having issues with Heart rate tracking? The heart rate sensor (green light) is needed for sleep tracking. Are you seeing the green light on the back of your Charge 6?

Yes, there is a green light on the bottom of the Fitbit where it touches the skin.

Hello @Rh2458
Thanks for letting us know that your heart rate sensor is working.
Since your Charge 6 is almost a year old, it might be worth contacting Support (<-- click link) to see if they can help determine if you have a defective device. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. If you do have a defective device, Support should let you know what are your options under warranty.
