I was pleased to read that 3 new faces were to be added from 28th July. I liked the look of "Axira" so went to try and change my face, but none of the new ones are there. No new uodates are available. Has anyone else got them. I am in the UK, so hoping they will appear after the next update...

Sadly I don’t have the update either 😩. I have enjoyed my charge 6 for the most part. And I feel like it’s working well, but was excited for the new watch faces. Pretty much check daily.

Yeah, still waiting here too, checking daily because I find the default faces all very frustratingly information-sparse, and "Momentum" looks to have the level of density I'd have configured by default as a dev. I talked to support and they said "every refresh downloads some of the firmware so you should keep refreshing it" which makes almost zero sense in terms of a way to distribute a package of code. I'm assuming that's incorrect, though I have refreshed hundreds of times since that conversation, still with no hint of the FW update being available.

I have the latest firmware on my Fitbit, 66.20001.214.24, but no new clock faces. Other features such as display heart rate on fitness equipment are there, but not the clock faces.

Seriously. FFS how difficult is it to add 3 watch faces on a software update?! At least give the ability to download third party watch faces. Sheesh!

Now 3 months and still no update. Guessing fitbit wasn't very honest about their update since so many around the world haven't gotten it yet.

Like all of you I am still waiting and afaics NOTHING at all is out there indicating when this will actually happen, or if there are problems. Very poor. If there's problems holding it up then they'd get more credibility by acknowedging it and moving when fixed, the silence is deafening. 3+ months is ridiculous.
I any body in this tread does hear any news, good or bad, please update us all.

FINALLY received the update on my Charge 6 this afternoon with the Axira and Momentum watch faces. I'm in the US. Good luck everyone.

I don’t understand how a feature announced in July this year is still not available for so many customers. It is also missing in the iOS app. Where the watch face selection is always in light more too.
I was using a Samsung Fit 3 before on Android and the Charge 6 feels like a downgrade. The watch can’t even hold more than one watch face.
I assumed wrongly that features would be at least on par with it as it costs twice as much. Sadly it doesn’t and the watch gave selection is very bare. With only a handful to select from.
Pretty disappointing experience so far. I guess only some people get the new watch faces. It shouldn’t take a player like Google almost six months to roll out three watch faces.
Come on man lol. I’m glad I can still return it and find something else.

I see you can not even edit a post. I just had the "pleasure" of talking to some AI bot pretending to be a human. when asked where these 3 watch faces are it just links me to a generic page with all the watch faces and then starts asking me for more data again. Answering my questions as to why customers still do not have these 3 extra watch faces seems impossible. So now I only have 29 total watch faces. I had 100s on my Samsung Fit 3. And you could have about 5 on the watch at once and switch between them. Yet a player like Google doesn't even manage to roll out 3 watch faces to all its customers in 6 months time. The support is totally clueless and just keeps asking for more data like where do I live and such. As if Google hasn't got enough data already.
This has been a pretty bad first experience coming from what on paper is a budget brand to now Fitbit is a downgrade in pretty much all aspects. Battery life, software, customisation, support and so on.
I'll just return the watch as I'm still well within my 14 days, never will I consider Fitbit/Google devices again. For a trillion dollar company the support is a complete joke and the simple fact it's taking Google 6 months to roll out 3 measly watch faces says it all. Smh.

Lmao. This is the funniest thing I read so far. Just keep refreshing and each time it downloads 1 byte of your firmware update. One day you have your watch faces, if you're lucky that is.
