Charge 6 - New clock faces for charge 6 28th July not there

ANSWERED

I was pleased to read that 3 new faces were to be added from 28th July. I liked the look of "Axira" so went to try and change my face, but none of the new ones are there. No new uodates are available. Has anyone else got them. I am in the UK, so hoping they will appear after the next update...

Hi @bemuzic.  Those clock faces are included on v 220.21.  I don't have any information the roll out.  There is no geographic preference or anything like that when firmware versions are released.  Just keep looking for a Update notification in your Fitbit app.

A firmware update is going to all four current devices -- Charge 6, Inspire 3, Sense 2, Versa 4.  Be patient.

I'll keep a look out....

I live in San Jose, the home of Google and they still haven't posted the new watch faces nor the 220.21 update.

@DRAHANDYMAN updates are rolled out in waves over the course of a few weeks. Your location doesn't influence when the update comes to you. Just keep checking, so you'll know when it is available to you.

@bemuzic   Please don't confuse this with a Fitbit app update.  This is a firmware update.  If I remember correctly, you will see a red dot in the device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app.

Hi, I'm running Android 15, on a Samsung A33. The app updated 15 July, showing Version 4.48. The Charge 6 is 66.20001.214.24, no updates showing, though there is a red dot on  LH side of the icon on the app. As of this date the new clock faces are not showing,

Been over a month and still no update. Not sure why the slow rollout.

Just checked again, still not there, phone reports the last update was the 14 August. With no update available. Also, the app reports last sync with the device was two days ago, that, immediately after syncing. Have uninstalled and re-installed the app, still no new faces at least the app now reports latest sync

It is like everything else with FITBIT. Make promises and don't keep them.
I have been having issues with my Charge 6 for several months and they will
not fix or replace the device despite only being a few months old.
Terrible customer service.

Yea I guess clicking "send to all fitbit members" is just crazy hard.

Been waiting for over 10 years for them to figure out how to stop counting my steps when I'm traveling at 75mph. I guess they think I run really fast.

Mine at least knows when I'm driving and accidentally left the 'walk' exercise running but, even when using it in bike mode it counts steps!
