Charge 6 - No data displayed on app

My charge 6 has quit posting data to the app-no sleep data, no heart rate data etc. I have tried resetting device -what now?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is not posting data to the app. 

Could you please confirm if the Heart Rate setting is ON? To do so, please follow the steps shown here: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

It wasn’t but it is now-my heart rate still doesn’t show up on the app.

Please, since you changed the status to ON, on the heart rate sensor, perform a restart of your Charge 6 as explained here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

After the restart, manually sync your Charge 6: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
