My charge 6 has quit posting data to the app-no sleep data, no heart rate data etc. I have tried resetting device -what now?

Could you please confirm if the Heart Rate setting is ON? To do so, please follow the steps shown here: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Please, since you changed the status to ON, on the heart rate sensor, perform a restart of your Charge 6 as explained here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
After the restart, manually sync your Charge 6: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
