Hi there,
Since two app updates ago, my Fitbit app won’t show hourly activity anymore neither as fill in the main objectives circles.
Will those come back in the next app update ?
Thank you,

Hi @Pauline25 and warm welcome to the forums.
I appreciate your message and your time in this process. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
Our team is aware of this and still working on a fix. As Community Moderator I will post any updates about this situation.
Could you please confirm if you tried to uninstall / reinstall the app ? This one time exception workaround worked for some users.

I have a 6 month old Charge 6, don’t remember having an update to it, but I have the same problem occur in the last few days with the activity not showing and now this evening I have a screen issue with the device. When I go to the device I briefly can see the clock face but then this grey screen covers, I can see parts at the bottom when I scroll and I really don’t know what has gone wrong. Was working fine up until 3 hours ago. Tried to reboot but nothing works. It’s fully charged. Is this the same issue?

Hi @KiwiF1 and welcome back to the forums.
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some troubles with your Charge 6 screen.
Apparently, this would be a different situation, since I understand you're seeing problems on your tracker's screen.
Thank you for the troubleshooting step you tried.
In this case, I suggest performing a manual synchronization and trying to change the clock face.

Hi, I have the same issue as @Pauline25 on my charge 6. No more objectives, no more hourly activity, and, as shown in your first pic, no more cardio load target. I just noticed the first two problems today may the 30th, but I have reported the cardio load target issue about 2 months ago, and no fix has come.
I also notice that when I press on Energy, Stairs or Distance on the main screen, I obtained a blank screen, instead of detailed informations. Do you observe the same @Pauline25 ?
I’m currently up to date both on iOS and Fitbit app updates.

Yes I do have the exact same !!
I always hope the new app updates will fix the problem but no and I feel like every time it’s getting worse…
And no I have not removed the app because my iPhone says that if I do it I will lose all my Fitbit data and I really don’t want that !

Hello @Pauline25
Just to reassure you, you won't loose all your tracked data if you uninstall & re-install the Fitbit app on your iPhone. When you perform a sync, your tracked data is uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers.
The recommended process to ensure that your data won't be "lost" is:
When you log back in, you should see all your tracked data.

I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and it worked ! All the missing data described by @Pauline25 and myself have reappeared.
And I didn’t lose any data.
Thanks to all for your advice !

I'm having exactly the same problems. I've missed 3 days now where it is not picking up my hourly 250 steps despite doing it. I've tried all the troubleshoots you have suggested. Help! I only bought my Fitbit in August last year. I bought this one as I was having exactly the same problems with my old Fitbit. Now this one has decided to let me down.

Hello @RuthAC1963
I've also dealt with this issue. My device will show that I've completed my 250 steps for the hour, but the app doesn't show the same. After syncing, my device will then show that I missed the step goal for that hour. It is frustrating.
I've gotten into the habit of double checking the app to ensure that I've gotten credit for the hourly step goal. If my phone isn't nearby to check, I'll walk additional steps to help ensure that the app will show that I've completed the hourly goal.

I'm doing the same. I try and do multiple syncs but it is still not always syncing. I've tried everything. I've lost three days saying that I'm not reaching my 250 steps. The delights of a Fitbit...:(
