Charge 6 - No sleeping heart rate and breathing rate this week

My Fitbit since 6 is not showing me sleeping heart rate or breathing rate this last week how can I fix that?

Are you having any problems with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep tracking, including sleeping heart rate tracking.

If you don't see the green light, the first thing to do is check the Settings tile on the Charge 6 and confirm that Heart rate is turned on

• Swipe down from the clock face until you get to the Settings tile (last one) and tap on it
• Swipe up to find Heart rate and confirm that it's turned on. If not, tap on it to enable it.
