Charge 6/No stress management score

Hi, everyone. I have not been getting any stress management scores for the past week. Is anyone else having this problem? If you are, how did you fix it? Thanks for any input!

Hello @juneesca 

There are multiple reports about this issue. I'm also experiencing this issue. Several of us have submitted the issue for escalation so the team is aware of the problem.

We are advising users to report the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.

The Moderators usually pick a thread to acknowledge the issue and will use that thread to post updates. When I find which thread they're using, I'll report back with a link so you can follow the thread.

I have Charge 6, no stress management score since February 27. I did submit feedback via the app.

Unfortunately, I haven'tyet seen a moderator response related to this, regardless of device.

Hi, Rieko. Thanks for the response I appreciate it. I did go ahead and report from my fitbit device like you suggested. When I get another link to let them know I will also do that. It seems like a lot of us are in the same boat. So we shall wait to see what happens!

I've also had this problem. Have tried all the things previously logged to resolve but nothing has worked. I have logged this via the feedback site. Looks like it is some problem at Fitbit/Google as it seems to be impacting other devices, not just Charge 6.

It looks like the stress management score might have been fixed. I got my score this morning (05 Mar 2025) and have seen other users report that they are also seeing their score.

Please let us know if you are now seeing your stress management score in the Fitbit app.

Thank you for confirming you're still not seeing your stress management score in the app.

If you're an Android user, please post to this thread (<-- click link) saying that you still don't have a score. Also provide which Fitbit you use - Charge 6 in your case, the version of your Fitbit app, & what phone you use for the app. The Moderator on that thread will be able to send your information to the team so they can continue to work on fixing the problem.

I have a Fitbit charge 6. The last couple of days I haven't been getting
my deep & rem sleep score, besides no stress management. That's the ONLY
REASON I purchased Premium. This is upsetting. It puts me in a bad mood for
the day.

No stress management score. Also, it's over a week that my deep & REM sleep
score are no shows. MY entire sleep score is not accurate. it's as if they
are placing random data in. I have an Android, Pixel Pro 9 & a Fitbit
charge 6
