Hi, everyone. I have not been getting any stress management scores for the past week. Is anyone else having this problem? If you are, how did you fix it? Thanks for any input!

Thanks for letting us know this is a system issue; your proactive post is quite helpful and I’m reassured to know the team is working on a fix.
I noticed it a few days ago, not knowing if the problem was with my phone/ Fitbit or a system issue, I googled to see if others had reported and tried to fix it myself, to no avail- it’s so frustrating when these features don’t work, we have to take time to try to figure it out, fix it ourselves and we don’t know why or what’s happening. Then I got the email notification about your post 😊❤️.
Once the issue is resolved, I’d appreciate some insight (and I think other Fitbit users would too) into why this keeps happening and what Fitbit is doing to resolve it permanently.
I know for me, that would help me be less frustrated if / when this happens again.
Would also love on info on any new features in the works.

Stress management score was back this morning, so issue seems to be fixed.
