Where do I start. First no vibrating and I gave up on trying to figure it out. My husband gave me this watch because he wanted me to get those (don't always hear my phone) I spent days trying to get it to work with no luck, but i did learn it was a common issue.
Now it won't record sleep anymore and the battery drains 27% over night. I tried every suggestion possible given here or anywhere else. Even did a whole reset with no luck.
It's back in the box and will be returned

You're right about the battery issue. While it's common to have a little battery drain overnight, it's not common to have that much battery drain overnight. I suspect something is wrong with the battery. I would contact Support (via the link at the bottom of this page) and ask for a Battery Test to help diagnose the problem.
