I think it may be time I finally stop using FitBit. I have been an active fitbit user for probably 7-8 years now. I got my charge 6 and it has been my worst fitbit so far. At the beginning I had no issues, but now I cannot get my charge 6 to sync to my phone consistently. I should not have to continually restart my phone or delete the app for my product to function. This is a problem many people seem to be having with no resolution.

I have been having the same issue for several weeks now. I was hoping it was something Fitbit was aware of and was working on a fix for. It is very frustrating. Logging out of the app, restarting my phone and logging back in usually works. However, it is time I should not have to spend.
