Charge 6 Not working

Hi all

So my charge 6 was working fine this morning and this afternoon its dead,i originally had a charge 5 which did the same thing about 6 months ago and was replaced for this charge 6, now this is nothing unusal where these watches are concerned as this has happened multiple times to me with different models over the years and they would normally get replaced under warranty.

I contacted customer support and we went through all the steps to get the watch working and none of them worked so they were going to replace the watch but then asked when i bought the original charge 5, as this was just over 2 years ago it is now out of warranty, the replacement charge 6 they sent me which has just stopped working is only about 6 months old but according to customer service the charge 6 warranty is carried over from my original charge 5 that they replaced and as that is no longer under warranty  they cant replace the new charge 6, surely the replacement charge 6 should have its own warranty and not go off the date i bought the original charge 5?

Thanks all.

Hi there

Maybe you can tell me what the warranty policy is?

Thanks

@TOB9990   Google's warranty on a replacement device is the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.  Google Store Help

Sorry, but the calendar doesn't restart.

Thanks for the reply, thats crazy to me, its a totally different watch so how the warranty gets carried over from the original is beyond me.

Oh well it looks like i will have to find a different brand because after using these watches for the last 10 years one thing i am sure of is they will always go wrong no matter what model you have or how new it is .
