Charge 6 (with iphone) only showing text notifications, not facebook messages or whatsapp. I have all the apps set up the same. I've done all the disconnecting, reconnecting, turning off turning back on rigmarole many times and it's just not happening. When i go into notifications on my fitbit and click on app notifications there are none there to choose. Please help. I'm inclined to return it and get an apple watch!!.

Just to let you know, I've seen other users reporting issues with getting Whatsapp notifications on their Fitbit devices. It seems that there might be a compatibility issue on the Whatsapp side.
The advice that I've seen is to reach out to the Whatsapp developers and ask when will they fix the compatibility problem.

Sorry that the Whatsapp team isn't able to help. I'm wondering now if it's a Fitbit app issue. If so, it's likely that the team is aware of the problem.

Having the same problem since ios 26.4. Before that new apps would show in the list after they had sent a first notification. Now I have only those apps in the list that were already there before I made the ios 26.4 update and now there is no possibility to add new apps to that list.
