Hello, I'm new here. I've had the Fitbit Charge 6 for three days now.
My problem is with the sleep tracking.
I wore the watch all night, but unfortunately, nothing was displayed. Only after I selected "Track Sleep" and entered the start and end times did the sleep data appear.
However, today, the third day, nothing was displayed after I manually entered the times.
What did I do wrong, or how do I do it correctly?
I would appreciate an answer.
Best regards from Hamburg

Hi @HollyJohnson, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you track your sleep with your Charge 6.
If you use the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app instead of simply wearing your device to bed, you'll receive a sleep log, but it only includes your sleep pattern. This is an expected behavior.
For more details about sleep stages, take a look at our help article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? below the section Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?
In addition, always make sure the firmware update of your Charge 6 is on the latest version. For reference see How to update your Fitbit device
