Charge 6 Readiness Score don't match with app

ANSWERED

Hi,

I have a Charge 6 that is currently running on the latest firmware (Ver 20001.210.26). My Fitbit iOS app is running version 4.26.1. Despite the fact that both tracker and app is running the latest software there is a big discrepancy in Daily Readiness Score between the two as you can see on the photos. As you can see the app in my phone shows a Daily readiness score of 98 and my Charge 6 shows 31.

How can this be what all the other metrics in perfect sync between tracker and app?

Hi,

Many thanks, much appreciated. I believe that the Daily Readiness Score value on the tracker most likely represents the true readiness score for me as i was somewhat sick that day.

Now I found another possible bug in the app. As you can see in the first screenshot it say that all my numbers, 5 out of 5, are within my personal ranges but when i open the detailed screen, the second photo, my respiratory rate is above my personal ranges.

Best regards
