Charge 6 - Readiness score lowers when i shower

Am I able to wear my charge 6 in the shower? Because I shower when I get up, and it's been lowering my readiness score.

@RYM25   I can't think of any reason why taking a shower would lower your readiness score.  Your Charge 6 is water resistant, but Fitbit recommends not wearing it in the shower.  Soap, conditioner, etc., can weaken the seals.  You need to be careful with lotion and sunscreen, too.

K. Thanks. But when I don't have it on, I feel like that measures it as a lower readiness score?

Hello @RYM25

Your Daily Readiness score is calculated based on your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), recent sleep, and resting heart rate (RHR). This help page provides more detail on how Daily Readiness is calculated (<-- click link).

Based on my experience, the Daily Readiness score is calculated in the morning, when the Fitbit device syncs with the app after waking up from sleeping. So, there's no need to wear your Fitbit in the shower.

@RYM25     I agree with @RiekoC.  To the best of my knowledge, your readiness score is calculated once a day.
