I have been working slowly with Fitbit support to fix all problems with my charge 6. Next is to get the wallet working . Unfortunately the info supplied by Fitbit support didn't help. My bank has instructed to remove the Mastercards from the wallet. Go to the bank app and add the card to Fitbit in the app. Not sure what this entails but can anyone please advise how to manually remove the cards from wallet. I have previously carried out factory reset as part of Fitbit support assistance, but even this did not remove the cards. I am in Australia. Upgraded from charge 4 to 6.

Hi, @Wheelergd , please see this help article for deleting and adding cards to your Google Wallet app on the Fitbit. Note that you initiate this in your Fitbit app not the bank app.
