Charge 6 - Samsung Galaxy S22+ - New Phone - Lost all data

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I did search. 

I recently replaced my S22+ under warranty. 

I have lost all my historical data in the fitbit app.  I verified the phone is completely updated and the app is updated. I did switch to the Google from Fitbit previously.  I'm logged in with my Google login. 

Any ideas on how I can get my data back.  We are talking YEARS of data... 

I lost all data - food tracker, weight, exercise - everything.

Than you for sharing with me this information with me regarding your Charge 6 and the issue with data. 

Your information is stored in our servers. It may be that the data is not loading correctly on the Fitbit app. Please make sure that the app is up to date. Try to troubleshoot the Fitbit app by following these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
