I’ve noticed this happened to me a couple times in the past couple months. For some reason my fitbit clock is wrong unless I refresh my app. I didn’t travel to new timezone or deliberately turned it off or anything like that. It just somehow stated to show the wrong time, mostly late than the correct one. It works fine after refreshing the app.
HOWEVER, I don’t always have my phone with me. Like this morning, I thought it was still 5 AM when I woke up and checked my fitbit so I went back to sleep. But apparently it was already 8:30 AM and I missed an important meeting.
Why is this keep happening? I understand if I travel across time zone that I need to refresh the app. But I would assume outside of that fitbit should work just like regular watch

Hi @Syrup_Rep and warm welcome to the forums.
I appreciate your message a lot, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is sometimes showing the wrong time.
This could be due to a syncing issue.
Please try the steps shown in the following help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Fitbit trackers like the Charge 6 need to sync. Syncing is the process that transfers the data your device collects to your Fitbit account. Track your progress, see how you slept, set goals, log food and water, and more in the Fitbit app.
The synchronization process is necessary for transferring information about your physical activities as well as for the corresponding updates to your connected tracker.
