Charge 6 Sleep Score - Shows on App but not on Fitbit

Hello I have a brand new charge 6 that I got on 12.25.23.  My sleep score shows up in the app on my  Samsing S21 phone, but not on the fitbit itself. How do I fix this. I've reviewed the instructions but cannot find a solution.

I have the same issue with my new charge 6. But I have a pixel phone. It sometimes shows the sleep score on the charge 6 but not consistently. At least it's all in the app.

A warm welcome to the forums @Debmin96 @Debmin96.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Sleep Score, and the attempts that you already did in order to fix it.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score, please note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear. In addition, for better results please try to let the device detect that you're awake or asleep by itself rather than doing it manually.

The Charge 5 may need some days to collect some information (particularly regarding heart rate) and provide sleep score, sleep stages and other data. Make sure that you've also tried the restart procedure described here and check if you continue to experience the same situation.

In case the problem is related to the Fitbit app, please try the following as well:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app in your phone's settings.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your data properly.

Hi!  I had the same problem with my Fitbit that I also got for Christmas!  Just called the help center and they had me restart the Fitbit and it did the trick.   Just swipe up from the watch face to get to “settings”, then find “restart device” and click it.   For me, it immediately populated the sleep and readiness data when it started up again.   Hope it works for you too!

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem.

I didn't find a solution. Sometimes it is on the Charge 6 and sometimes not. I've restarted multiple times and it hasn't helped. I'm giving my husband this one (he doesn't track his sleep) and getting a Luxe.
