Charge 6 - Sleep not recording correctly

Is anyone still having problems with their Charge 6 not recording sleep correctly? I had this problem with my Charge 5 and purchased a Charge 6 in the hope that this would rectify the problem. Unfortunately 2 months on and after numerous suggestions from Fitbit including waiting for threecapp updates which were going to fix the problem, I am still in the same situation. Ironically my husband is now using my old Charge 5 and it is recording his sleep prefectly!! Mine records me awake for long periods and very little deep sleep. I take a sleeping tablet so I know these recordings are incorrect. And I would feel so ill if I only had as much sleep as my fitbit says for days on end. This issue is becoming very frustrating. Any help appreciated although Fitbit sem to have suggested everything!!

I am having the same issue. It is very inconsistent with recording sleep. I had this issue with my Inspire but recently upgraded to the charge 6.

Glad its not just me. My device has gone back under its warranty but Im not holding my breath. Noticed in the last few days it doesnt record all of my health metrics either. Breathing rate has been missing for weeks. I am beginning to think it is me because my hubby has been using my old Charge 5 with no problems. Its been recording sleep fine. I have my Charge 5 back now while I wait for my replacement 6 and its not recording sleep for me nor heart rate in the health metrics. I really cannot understand it!!

Have you tried wearing your Charge 6 on the inside of your wrist at night? I've seen some users report that they get better sleep & Health Metrics tracking when they wear their device on the inside of their wrist.

I have as I had seen that suggested on here. No difference. I have also swapped wrists, again no difference. If my new device is the same, somehow it must be me!!!!
