Hey there @Jgetfit, welcome back to the Fitbit Community!

Thanks for sharing this issue with us, let's work together to get this resolved as soon as possible. 

Let's try force closing the Fitbit app from the apps setting on your phone. Then restart the Charge 6 and reopen the Fitbit app.
