Well, that's it.
I've slept 9h but I don't get the sleep phases lenght, nor a HR during sleep or a sleep score.
Everything is synced, all permissions are given, that's new since the update.

Hello @Nuitonne
Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? That's the heart rate sensor and it's needed for sleep tracking. I've noticed that sometimes my settings will get changed after an update.
If you don't see a green light on the back of your Charge 6, the first place to check is the Settings on your Charge 6 to make sure that Heart rate is turned on.

I have the same problem. Purchased my fitbit charge 6 24 days ago to replace a Huawei band, having seen that sleep tracking was more accurate than Huawei's. However, in 24 days, 12 nights have produced sleep stages and scores, and 12 nights just show me basic sleep timeline (awake/restless/asleep). Great to have accurate sleep tracking, but what's the point if it only works 50% of the time!
I tried all sorts of resolution steps, none have worked. I've tried positioning the band in different places, including underside of my wrist, still get 50% success. I then downloaded the full sleep data, it shows that fewer than 2% of values are of "low value confidence" and there's no direct correlation of these low confidence values with nights which have failed to track my sleep stages.
Google software has really gone down hill (I have a huge google hardware ecosystem at home and I'm slowly giving up on them one by one).
So what's happening? Is this a software issue? A cloud processing issue? As I only have 6 days left before the window to send back my watch closes.
